GoldSaathi gives jewellers a store link, a gold-rate calculator and rate posters. This page explains what data we handle. It is a plain-language summary and is not legal advice.

What we collect

• Jewellers: name, email (from Google sign-in or email code), shop details, products and uploaded images.
• Shoppers: only what you type into an enquiry form or into a shop's welcome form (name, mobile number, message) after you tick the consent box.
• Visits: a simple count of visits to a shop's store link. It uses no tracking cookies and does not store your IP address. If you fill in a shop's welcome form, a small cookie on your phone remembers that, so the shop does not ask again.

How it is used

An enquiry or welcome form is shown only to the shop you sent it to, so the shop can contact you. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. GoldSaathi never holds your money: payments go to the jeweller directly.

Your choices

You can ask a shop to erase the data it holds about you using the data deletion form. The shop confirms and removes it from its dashboard.

Security

Login codes are stored as hashes and expire in minutes. Shop data is separated per shop. Traffic uses HTTPS.
