Terms of use

These terms are a plain-language summary and not legal advice. Have them reviewed before commercial launch.

1. GoldSaathi is software for jewellers. It does not sell jewellery and never holds customer money; customers pay the jeweller directly.
2. Gold rates shown come from a data source or from the jeweller. Rates may change; final price at billing. The jeweller is responsible for the prices and rates published on their store.
3. Savings schemes, where enabled, are instalments redeemed against jewellery from the same shop. There are no returns, interest, referral bonuses or rankings. The jeweller is responsible for the scheme terms and for following applicable law.
4. You must not upload content you do not have rights to, or misuse the service.
5. We may update these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
